The Edelweiss Alps Riding Academy is for people who want to hone their skills of riding on mountain roads. Group size is up to six riders. If that's too big a crowd for you, why not sign up for a private tutoring session? Gianni from Torino did just that, and for three days he took a brand new Ducati Multistrada on the amazing roads around Bolzano, following his instructor or riding in front, to have his technique judged and weaknesses identified.
