New week, new Tour, new luck

The new group a colerful mix from Russia over Germany, Austria to the United States of America is ready to discover the amazing landscape and the endless curves of the islands.

Neue Woche, neue Tour, neues Glück

Die neue Gruppe, bunt gemischt von Russland über Deutschland, Österreich bis zu den Vereinigten Staaten von Amerika, ist bereit die unglaublichen Landschaften und endlosen Kurven der Kanarischen Inseln zu entdecken.

Wir freuen uns alle auf eine schöne frühlingshafte Woche auf den Inseln

Day 1 _ Snow on an Tropical island

On our first day it goes up to the spectacular vulcano landscape on the Teideplateau the Canadas.

The Accent is an attraction already. The landscape is changing his face every 10 min. from brown hills to flowering fields into a fresh green pine forest in the end a vulcano desert with strange vulcano rocks and over all this is Teide with his withe winter cap.

An unserem ersten Tag ging es in die specktakuläre Vulkanlandschaft am Teideplateau die Canadas. Alleine die Auffahrt ist schon beieindruckend wie sich die Landschaft im 10 min. Tackt komplett veränder. Von braunen steinigen Hügeln zu blühenden Feldern weiter durch einen frisch grünen Kiefernwald, am Ende eine riesiege Lavawüste mit bizzaren Vulkanschloten und über der Ebene tront der Teide mit weißem Haupt und zeigt uns seine winterliche Seite.

After a tasty Canary soup at lunch we went down over the ridge and the south face of Tenerife to the old twisty conection road to Granadilla were a nice canary street bar was offering Koffee to us.

Nach einer guten kanarischen Suppe ging es über den Grat und die Südflancke wieder hinunter auf die kurvige alte Verbindungsstraße zwischen Ost und West bis nach Granadilla, wo eine typisch kanarische Straßenbar mit Kaffee auf uns wartet.

In the End of the day we went one more time up to the high plateau to ride through the beautiful lava streams of the west side of the island in direction sun set.

Gegen Ende des Tages geht es noch einmal hinauf aufs Hochplateau um auf der Westseite durch die beieindruckenden Lavaströme mit Blick auf La Gomera in den Sonnenuntergang zu fahren.

Day 2 - Dream island La Gomera

The next day leads us to my personal dream island La Gomera. In the morning we took the ferry to cruz from Los Christianos to La Gomeras capital San Sebastian were a curvy road brings as on perfect surface 1000 up to the cold down vulcanos around Roque Agando before we enter the famous laureal forest.

Der nächste Tag führt uns auf meine persönliche Trauminsel La Gomera. In der früh nehmen wir die Fähre von Los Christianos nach San Sebastian, La Gomeras Hauptstadt. Von dort aus führt uns eine kurvenreiche Straße mit perfecktem Belag 1000 Höhenmeter hinauf zu den erkalteten Vulkanen um den Roque Agando. Gleich ums Eck geht es in den berühmten Lorbeerwald der Insel.

We make a loop around Garajonay mountain in the loreal forest befor we ride down to our lunch stop at the black sand beach of the breath taking Valle Gran Rey to enjoy the delicios kitchen of La Gomera.

Wir fahren im Lorbeerwald eine Runde um den Garajonay bevor es in atemberaubende Valle Gran Rey geht, wo gute Küche aus La Gomera am schwarzen Sandstrand schon auf uns wartet.

In the afternoon we take the smal and twisty road on the south ridghe back to visit Playa de Santiago. From there a road similar to an race track leads us up again to the Baranco Cabrite with his nice Terrace caffee and a amazing view.

Am Nachmittag fahren wir eine kleine aber unglaublich feine Straße mit unzähligen Kurven am Südrücken entlang und besuchen Playa de Santiago. Von dort aus führt uns eine rennstreckenartige Straße wieder den Berg hinauf zum Barranco Cabrito mit seinem bezauberndem Terassenkaffe und einer unglaublichen Aussicht.

Because we have a little time left before the ferry starts we took a walk to the old town of San Sebastian to enjoy the calm island feeling between the beautiful old buildings of the city.

Da uns noch ein bisschen Zeit bleibt, bevor wir zur Fähre müssen. Unternehmen wir noch einen Spatziergang in San Sebastians Altstadt um das ruhige Inselfeeling zwischen den schönen alten Gebäuden zu genießen.

In the End of the day Konstantin spent us a „Ankunftsbier“ at the beachbar next to the hotel THX

Am Ende des Tages gibt uns Konstantin noch ein Ankunftsbier in der Beachbar neben dem Hotel aus Danke Schön.

Day 3 - Hallo wet and green Gran Canaria

Day 3 brings rain in to the mountains. So we take the TF-28 with his countles curves in the cost area to go to Santa Cruz and the port were our ferry to Gran Canaria is waiting.

Tag 3 bringt leider Regen in die Berge. Also nehmen wir die küstennahe TF-28 mit ihren unzähligen Kurven nach Santa Cruz wo schon die Fähre nach Gran Canaria auf uns wartet.

After a little hope to good weather on a new island we must accept that this is unfurtunately not the case. But we made the best and used the time for coffee and sweets of the local kitchen in Cruz the Tejeda.

Nach kurzem Hoffen auf besseres Wetter auf einer neuen Insel mussten wir leider akzeptien das dies nicht der Fall ist Aber wir machten das Beste daraus und vertrieben uns die Zeit mit Kaffee und Kuchen aus der Lokalenküche.

Day 4 - Here comes the sun

The weather on the next day was the complete opposite, luckily

Our first riding saison brought us to the breath taking Barranco Guayaldeque, looking like a botanical garden with all the almond flower and his huge diversity of plants. In between of this beautiful garden smal cave villages and farms. In  the end of the road is the unique cave restaurant waiting for us.

Das Wetter am nächsten Tag war zum Glück das komplette Gegenteil

Unsere erste Fahreinheit brachte uns in das atemberaubende Barranco Guayaldeque, welches mit der Mandelblühte und der unglaublichen Vielfallt an Planzen aussieht wie ein Botanischergarten. In diesem wunder schönen Garten findet man kleine Höhlendörfer und Bauernhöfe. Am Ende der Straße wartet dann das einzigartige Hölenrestaurant mit Kaffee.

After the Barranco we went directly to our lunch stop cause the mirrador on Pico de los Nieves was in clouds. But after lunch the road on the other side of the mountain was in bright sun shine and we could enjoy the ride over the huge Barranco de Tejeda.

Nach dem Barranco ging es direckt zum Mittagsstop, da der Aussichtspunkt am Pico de las Nieves in Wolken gehüllt war. Aber nach dem Mittagessen, zeigte sich die Straße auf der anderen Seite des Berges in strahlendem Sonnenschein und wir konnten die Fahrt über dem riesegen Barranco de Tejeda so richtig genießen.

In the end of the day had every one time for a nap on the ferry before we drove allong the coast high way back to the hotel.

Am ende des Tages hatte jeder Zeit für ein Schläfchen auf der fähre bis wir die Küstenautobahn zurück bis ins Hotel fuhren.

D05 - A perfect day to the Anaga mountains

The last day was a perfect farewell gift to us. Perfect riding weather on every part of the island and so we could go over the smal pass roads to Santiago del Teide and over Passo Erjos to the green and amazing different north and east side of the Tenerife.

Der letzte Tag war das perfeckte Abschiedsgeschenk für uns. Ideales Fahrwetter in jedem Winkel der Insel. So konnten wir über die kleinen Passstraßen nach Santiago del Teide und den Passo Erjos auf die grüne und erstaunlich unterschiedliche Nord- und Ostseitevon Teneriffa fahren.

The beautiful panoramic road on the north side winds high above the coast along the mountains, with a new amazing few to El Teide and we end up in one of the oldest citys La Orotava. Enjoying a good caffee and the impressing architecture of the colonial times.

Die schöne Panoramastraße windet sich hoch über der Küste die steilen Hänge der Nordseite entlang und bietet eine neue beeindruckende Sicht auf El Teide. Wir Enden in La Orotave einer der ältesten Städte der Insel und genießen unterhalb der Kirche eine guten Kaffe und die imponierende Architektur aus Kollonialzeiten.

And than we entered the destination of the day the jungle mountain road of Anaga. A endles curvy street leading through the laureal jungle along the steep mountains and ridges. We stoped for the view over the terrace fields and green Barrancos on Pico Ingles befor we enjoyed the perfect surface of the tiny mountain road leading us to a smal fishing village in to a smal fish restaurante serving us a delicious and hudge fish plate for lunch.

Und dann erreichten wir das Ziel des Tages die Dschungelgebirgsstraße von Anaga. Ein endloses Band aus Kurven führt duch die steilen Dschungelberge und über den Berggrat. Bis wir am Pico Ingles stehen bleiben um den Blick über die Terassenfelder und grünen Brarrancos zu genießen. Danach genossen wir den perfekten Zustand und die Kurven der Bergstraße, welche uns in ein kleines Fischerdorf, in ein kleines Fischrestaurant führ wo uns eine delikate und rießige Fischplatte zum Mittagessen serviert wurde.

After a perfect lunch with the sound of the ocean in the back every body was more than happy and we had to leave this amazing place to finish our curvy way home.

In the eavening we decided to go out in our naighbor village for the farewell dinner  cause enery one seemed addicted to the delicious local kitchen of the islands. It was great fun to share this eavening and the hole week together, joining beautiful moments in tropical spring.

Nach einem perfektem Mittagessen mit Meerrauschen im Hintergrund war jeder mehr als glüklich. Dch wir mussten diesen beeindruckenden Platz verlassen um unseren kurvigen Heimweg zu meistern.

Am abend entschieden wir für das Farewelldinner in den Nachbarort zu spazieren und jeder wirkte ein bisschen süchtig nach der ausgezeichneten lokalen Küche. Es war eine Freude diesen Abend, die ganze Woche mit schönen Momenten hier im tropischen Frühling gemeinsam zu genießen.
