Christopher Columbus Tour

Sonntag, 20. März 2011 | Markus Hellrigl | Europa

Well, we are allready at the end of day four and there is only to say "so far so very good". As we arrived in Malaga the weather God decided that the Iberian Peninsula got enough rain and so he cleared the sky for our tour. Four out of eight customers remained (others cancelled) and so we are travelling more like a family.

The first day to Sevilla was a little chilly, but the temperatures increased from day to day. The restday in spectacular Sevilla was a culturell experience that ended with a flamenco evening. The following day we were dancing on our motorcycles on unbelievable roads - twisty, narrow, scenic and the best of all, no traffic. At lunch Angela provided us with an outstanding picnic in the middle of nowhere. El Judio is a place you will not find on the map (but check it on Google earth). A sundowner on the roof terrace of our Hotel in Faro was topping a perfect day. Todays ride to Cabo Sao Vicente led us to the most Southwestern point of Europe and after onother picnic at the Baja do Amado we headed North to Santiago de Cacem.
