Tour guide training 2021 (NEWBIE - Edition)

For information: All participants are tested negative for COVID-19, are already vaccinated or have provided evidence of antibodies. Participation in the training takes place under the valid COVID-19 prevention measures.

Day 1

After most of us arrived yesterday by car or by motorcycle, as befits our standing, we are starting today with the official part of the TG training 2021. After a short round of introductions from the entire EBT team and a short motivational speech from EBT managing directors Rainer Buck and Tobias Wachter, we didn't let any time slip by and started the actual training straight away.

Day 2
Starting with one of the most important topics ... money money money
The ears are pricked up
Kerstin and Cornelia (accounting team) take great care of the rookies
During the breaks, the models for the upcoming module tour are examined ... the first begin to sweat as soon as they see the Harley
During the breaks there is a surprise visit from "Schnaxel" alias Axel Schneider (TG since 2019)
No ... our tour guides are of course not all born Picasso. The rookies get valuable tips for designing our well-known flipcharts from dear Julia.

Day 3
Today we start with a welcome briefing from Paul and Johannes
Now it's time for our rookies to give their best and to implement what they have learned from yesterday ... Barbara (e-bike tours) starts and sets the bar high
You can tell yesterday there was no sleep and the flipcharts are a feast for the eyes!
The last improvements and the fine-tuning are from Markus and Gerhard
Well ... what's going on now? Our EBT tour guide and film specialist Manuel has arrived and is producing a great film about the tour guide training and the module tour. You can be curious!
On to the last station of this training. Now you have to concentrate again, because when handing over / taking over the motorcycles to / from the customer, every detail counts.
Not at all easy to find something with the great condition of the bikes. But our TG's have eagle eyes and even the smallest things are noted down so that there are no ambiguities later.
George Clooney ... uh ... Thomas Ritt delivers yet another film-worthy performance.
