On May 15 a small team of six riders from four countries were heading for a perfectly timed week in northern Italy. Great weather with moderate temperatures and little traffic.

By the time we crossed Lago di Garda by ferry the group could ride an enjoiable pace although we started out at significantly different levels to put it mildly.
Well, Uwe is most likely approaching a different motorcycle world; racetracks and trackdays as his riding level needs more than nowadays speedlimits. The brief tracktime we did on day one probably helped to trigger that latent fire in him. And a few encouraging words at the farewell celebration ...
