Beautiful Alps (SPT23083)

Today we welcomed our group from Japan which is going tonride with us coming week in the beautiful alps!

we had a very pleasant outside dinner at our starthotelnin Ersing and everybody was eager and ready to go. !

We are all looking forward to a week of gorgeous weather, excellent roads and a lot of fun !!

Day 1: Erding (GER) to Salzburg (AT)

Airi and Katsuhiro are pointing us in the direction of Wasserburg am Inn.

Once a very important town for trading salt a few hundreds of years ago hasn’t lost any of its beauty.

A well deserved lunch in one of Bavaria’s „Biergarten“.

And if course a oucture in front of the birth houae of Mozart in the old city of Salzburg

In the beautiful
Old town of Salzburg there is always somewhere classic music somewhere. With in the background the impressive castle on top of the city

Day 2: Salzburg to Lienz

On our way up to the Kehlsteinhaus, first by bus…

After the bus we had to follow a long tunnel into the mountain to get to the elevator.

What a nice riding day it was today ! Fairly quick we left the morning rush hour of Bolzano behind us to hot the first of 5 passes of today: Passo di Mendola. With a nice morning breeze and 24 degrees we swerved around fruit yards, grape slopes and beautiful views. All group members took the Passo di Gavia as if they were doing this every day! Well done group !

we concluded this nice riding day with an excellent dinner in Livigno. Sleep well everybody!

Day 5: Livigno to Seefeld

And so we reached already the final riding day of this beautiful week. Since this group from Japan did the Gavia pass perfectly, the Stelvio pass today isn't any of a problem ! Enjoying the fifth beautiful day in a row, we slowly worked our way over the Reschenpass and reached Mieming where we were received by Tobi Wachter, the owner of the company. After having a drink and seeing the garage we hopped in the taxi busses to our final hotel in Seefeld. There was our managing director Rainer Buck joining us for a very nice grill dinner and meet the Japanese members.
