What a great day to start this tour. A nice temperature,

blue skies and great roads! Starting of in Erding we rode our way theough the Bacarian hop fields which they. Eed for the great German beers! 
Riding in mostly northern direction we rode though the ancient villages along the romantic road all the way up To the famoud medieval town if Rothenburg. From our dinner we walked straigjht to the Nighwatcher walking tour around the old center. Great first day

Such a perfect riding day! Afain with a comfortable riding temperature wentook off of our hotel in Rothenburg. Immediately starting with some nice curves directly out of town. After a nice visit at the Langenburg car museum and a perfect coffee stop at the monestary with great cake we headed for the picnic made by chef Yuri. After that leisurely ride along the Neckar river () we stopped shortly for a coffee at Hirschhorn castle. Then the last fuel upnand up to our great hotel with a splendid view over Heidelberg. 
a relaxed dinner downtown completed this super nice day!!

As it should be on a good rest day, some of our group decided to make it a real rest day and enjoying the beautiful village of Ribeauville, others rode up to the impressive castle on top of the city, some did a short ride on their own and the remaining of the group went with Ramon and Ted on a bigger loop. With very pleasant temperatures and perfect roads sometimes, we all enjoyed it at the maximum today. And the Elzas area is the best place to do that. After the ride there were some hours left to stroll around the city. Great day !!

What an absolute fantastic riding day we had today! The views, the riding, the weather: we couldn't wish for more ! Riding the last part over the Furkajoch brougjt a smile on everybody's face !

Unfortunately the rain gods were not in the mood today and so we had to ride the whole day in the rain. But very grateful that we had solendid weather the rest of the tour, we took this for granted! A nice long coffeestop in the morning and a interesting tour in Linderhof castle, we choose to ride directly back to Erding.
