Last day: back to Erding
Today is already our last riding day. We had a great time with the best riding weather you could pray for and a lot of sightseeing.
We will ride from Kaprun back to Erding where we started. On our way we will see the highest waterfalls of europe, we will make a stop at the Achensee where we enjoy our prepared picknick , the we stop by the Syvlenstein damm which was build almost 70 years ago and then we will enjoy an easy ride through the bavarian country side back to Erding.

A day of 'rest' in Kaprun...
Today is a rest day for those who want. No need to leave the spa hotel if you don't feel so.
But as we go to the Grossglockner alpine road nobody wants to stay at the hotel.
We offer a long and a short ride to make everybody happy...and it worked!

Day 3: Gmunden (A) - Kaprun (A)
What a beautiful ride in the morning with perfect fall weather.
The famous village Hallstatt offers us a spectacular view from the skyline plattform. But first we need to get up there. This is the way to the top, but luckily we can use a funicular railway.
It seems that Leonard and Tom enjoy the ride with the funicular and are not sure if Cal and Andrew do this... `=)

While the Brazilians were wandering the salt mine the Americans (and the Australian!) took to the roads. Spectacular roads! And this was our lunch place. Just awesome!

A boat takes us to an island named Herreninsel, which means Men's Island. Ladies are welcome, too. One of Bavaria's top tourist attractions awaits us there.
King Ludwig's castle Herrenchiemsee is a copy of Versailles. It remained unfinished, though.
