# 1 Welcome to Erding

A very warm welcome to Erding. As usual, the tour guides spared no effort to welcome our guests and immediately convey a family feeling. after the welcome briefing, we go to the motorcycle handover and then to dinner. may we have a wonderful tour together
Tour Guide Stefan explaining the bike settings to the customers at the handover. Everyone was already excited and eager to get on their bikes.
At Erding the Autumn festival was taking place, which is comparable to the famous Oktoberfest, though a bit smaller. The beer jugs there were bigger than usually, and as we had to get up early in morning we only drank one beer and headed back to the hotel afterwards.

#2 Erding to Rothenburg o.d. Tauber
Lunch break and some sightseeing in Eichstätt
parking requires skill - a little stopover in Dinkelsbühl. One of the pilgrim stops of the St. James Way
The Catholic parish church of St. Georg in Dinkelsbühl, a town in the Middle Franconian district of Ansbach (Bavaria), is a late Gothic hall church. Located in the middle of the city, the minster was built between 1448 and 1499 according to plans by Niclaus Eseler.
Visiting Rothenburg. On the tour with the night watchman you will learn everything important and also a lot of mischief
Santa is also early this year. This is probably due to his new vehicle.

#3 Rothenburg o. d. Tauber to Heidelberg
What a view - our hotel in Heidelberg is located above the buzzing city on the Königstuhl mountain
Our first stop today was at the Schöntal Monastery, which is known, among other things, for the knight Götz von Berlichingen being buried there.
There is also a fine bakery on the complex with delicious cakes and a good cafe, which of course we didn't want to miss after the tour.
Some of us aren't quite sure what to order.
Marco has prepared a great surprise for our lunch today. A delicious picnic. Thank you for that

#4 Heidelberg to Riquewihr

The boys are having fun, they just don't know what to expect yet.....
After we have driven the Schwarzwaldhochstrasse we have lunch with a breathtaking view in the Renchtalhütte
However, the romantic surroundings and the great view leave this lady cold.
After a long day of driving, we're almost there. Just a few more kilometers and we have arrived in Alsace. Welcome to France.
Directly in front of our hotel is a fountain. In the background we can see where we have gone to - the wine region, Alsace, France.
Riquewihr - what a lovely place. It was definitely worth it coming here.

# 5 Restday Ride Vogesen
We start our day with a visit to the Château du Haut - Kœnigsbourg.
The group is getting back to the hotel in France. Seems like this trip on the rest day was absolutely incredible. Possibly that's the reason, why is Marc looking so cool on his bike.
As like as Rick and the others do...

# 6 Riquewihr to Schaffhausen
After a good breakfast in Alsace, we drove across the Rhine again today and thus also across the border to Germany. Our first stop was on the Kandel. The highest mountain in the Black Forest at 4072 ft (1241 meters above sea level) from where you can see Alsace and the Kaiserstuhl on a clear day.
We approached the Hexenlochmühle via small, winding roads and ate the best Black Forest cherry cake.
Before we continued, of course, we inspected the old sawmill where two saws are driven with 13 hp. It was built in 1825 and has been owned by the 4th generation of the family since 1839.
Today's destination is Schaffhausen am Rheinfall. The 15,000 year old waterfall with its 75ft (23m) is not the highest, but with a width of 492ft (150m) and a water volume between 250,000 and 1250,000 liters per second it is one of the most powerful that Europe has to offer.

# 7 Schaffhausen to Warth
The guys were getting ready to leave the hotel in Schaffhausen and finally head into the Swiss mountains.
Short stopover, we need fuel and quite unexpectedly there is a vintage car garage with American classics at the gas station.... what a coincidence.... or maybe planned?
After we left Lake Constance and worked our way through the lowlands of the Swiss Alps, there was a cafe at the motorcycle dealer for American motorcycles and other oldtimers.
The pride of Swiss motorcycle culture. Motosacoche was a Swiss manufacturer of motorcycles and, up to the Second World War, the largest manufacturer of built-in engines in Europe. The acronym MAG or M.A.G. used.
Not only Swiss and American motorcycle history is written here...no, there is everything your heart desires....as long as it is old and special.
No words needed. Here everything is cared for and cared for with love
Everything that Europe has to offer in terms of two-wheelers is represented here.

After our coffee stop that brought us back to another time, we are on our way to explore the here and now. The Säntis in Switzerland, from there you can see the five neighboring countries on a clear day: France, Italy, Lichtenstein, Austria and Germany with Lake Constance
After a very winding and beautiful ride over the Schwägalp we arrived at the border to Lichtenstein. Here is the old customs house, which hasn't been used since 1923 and since then has only been used as a restaurant, since the two countries have had a tax agreement since way back when.
Surprise, surprise....after a long and wonderful day of driving through Switzerland, Lichtenstein and Austria, Marco has another surprise in store for us. Bootbeer or Booticecream. What a great cool down after a hot day in the saddle. Thank you very much Marco
And last but not least, a super fine dinner at the Hotel Jägeralp near Warth. What more do you need...exactly...nothing. Thank you and see you tomorrow.....keep calm and ride on....

# 8 Warth to Erding
And so begins our last day of riding. With the best weather in the mountains and everyone in a good mood.
A small cafe break at the Plansee, the border between Tyrol (Austria) and Bavaria (Germany) in the Ammergau Alps. The lake is 3.5 miles (5.7km) long, 1.8 miles (3km) wide and an amazing 253 feet (77m) deep.
A short trip back to the time of the fairy tale King Ludwig II and his Linderhof Palace. Built between 1870 and 1886, the only castle completed during his lifetime and thought to have been inspired by Richard Wagner's "Tannhäuser".
Also part of the Linderhof Palace estate, the Morocco House.
Quickly back to the Plansee, Marco has another surprise in store for us. A fine picnic with a fabulous view and warm water that invites you to swim.
Our last highlight for today, Ettal Abbey. Founded by Emperor Ludwig the Bavarian in 1330. A Benedictine monastery with a school, brewery, distillery and of course a beautiful Baroque-style church. The namesake is Saint Mary. The Madonna was brought from Pisa and was made in the 18th century.
And so our tour through Europe ends with many beautiful memories, stories and new friendships. We would also like to thank everyone for the great time and hope to see you all healthy and sound again soon. Your tour guides Marco and Stefan.....keep calm and ride on.
